Where does Loop Hair come from?
All of Loop Hair comes from Asia. Each texture with the exception of the Wavy Loop texture has gone through a steam process to imitate the natural textures of Our Hair. All Loop Hair is %100 virgin human hair.
How many bundles will I need?
It is totally up to you and how much of a big hair fan you are.
For all of the textured hair bundles we recommend 2 bundles if you plan on leaving some of your hair out. If there will be no leave out for a fuller look we recommend 2.5-3 bundles. At this time we do not sell half bundles.
Can I cut, color, and straighten Loop Hair?
Absolutely! You can color, cut and style Loop Hair. Once purchased this hair belong When it comes to coloring or chemically processing the hair, just know that if the integrity of the hair is damaged you are responsible for your hair. Color Treated hair requires deep conditioning treats very frequently. When using heat on the on our textured bundle, just like the hair on your head this hair can experience heat damage and change of curl pattern.
How long will Loop Hair last me?
Loop Hair is %100 virgin human hair and if taking care of properly it can last a while. The best things you do to promote healthy life span of Loop Hair is to follow ALL of the care instructions.
Can I swim with Loop Hair?
Yes you can go swimming, however it is best to protect the hair with a fitted swim cap to avoid tangling, which is caused by exposure to chlorine and salt water.
Does Loop Hair only come in wefted bundles?
Each Loop Hair comes in bundle form as well as clip-ins! With the variety in style, customers can choose whether to visit the salon for the full sew in experience or create a fabulous yet quick clip-in look all within the comforts of their own home.
If I do not like the hair can I return it?
Loop Hair & Beauty has taken the time to research and test hair over a period of time to know find the best quality hair for our customers. In addition, when your order is received a member of our quality control team examines each package before we send it of to you.
If something is wrong with the hair before you install and it is in the initial packaging ties please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with in 7days of receiving Loop Hair. One of our customer specialist with help you with an exchange.
The hair must not be altered in any way when we receive it back. For example, no color, straightening, styling, etc. Keep in mind any shipping fees that may occur we will be your responsibility.
Do you ship outside the United States?

Is there a way to track my order once it has been placed?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can go to our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number for updates on your shipment.
How is the lenght of hair determind for textured hair?
The length of textured hair is measured when straight. So when you recieve your hair expect it to LOOK 50% shorter because it is curly.
What is a presale?
During a presale you will have the opportunity to reserve a new product first at a discounted price.
Why does a presale order take longer to ship?
Because this will be the first time ever that we have shipped these products, we are allotting more time to prepare products based on orders, and to make sure that every order has the same amount of love!
My hair looks shorter than what I expected, is this normal?
